For sublimated jerseys we offer smooth poly, micromesh and performance mesh material options. Each material has different price points and attributes.
Smooth Poly - This is our basic option, with smooth texture and durable, lightweight material this make a solid choice for any jersey.
Micromesh - Micromesh is a heavier, more durable material that is great for players that tend to be more rough and tumble.
Performance Mesh - This is our premium option and is comparable to professional team level jerseys. Performance mesh is perforated with small holes, allow it to be stretched, breathe and dry very quickly.
Our most used communication method is through Facebook Messenger for team orders and design process. Once art fees have been placed you will be connected with Tre and one of our designers for a personalized experience.
Sublimation printing is a process where special ink turns into a gas when heated and bonds permanently with polyester fibers or polymer-coated surfaces. Instead of sitting on top of the material like regular ink, it becomes part of the material itself.
The result is a vibrant, durable, and fade-resistant print that won’t crack or peel. Perfect for jerseys, mugs, tumblers, and other coated items.
Production times and turnaround will vary by what is ordered, quantity and type of production needed. Sublimated printing of apparel.
Turnaround time for artwork is generally 3-5 business days, although can be longer based on the demand.
Once artwork is approved, no changes can be made. Sorry but NO EXCEPTIONS. Once art has been sent to the production team it is out of our hands and can cause delays for not just your team, but other teams in line.
Once the custom design is approved and ordered/paid in full, your items will be manufactured and ready to ship to you in 4-5 weeks, although they may arrive sooner! Please try to avoid asking about arrival of items unless it has been 5 weeks.
If you’d like to place another order for existing team stores, just follow your unique printavo store link to choose from existing art. If you are seeking new art, you will need to go through the design process again with new art fees. This process can be started via the web page on our site or by contacting us through your existing customer chat for assistance.
The design fees are structured to pay our talented designers to get your design ready for print and tweaked just right to ensure quality products.
Revisions: You are entitled to three rounds of revisions for the design process. This is to ensure that the designers’ time is covered. Should you run out of revisions, you will need to pay another art fee to continue adding revisions for your design.
When submitting art we will request vector art if it is available. We do this because raster art is made up of pixels so when it scales it becomes blurry and unreadable. Vector art on the other hand can scale without losing any resolution.
Vector art typically come in pdf or .ai formats
If you are unable to get vector art, we will do our best to ger your design to work and be as crisp as possible.
